What sizes do you carry?+
Adult tees in S–2XL (some styles up to 3XL), and hoodies and sweaters in S–2XL. Each product page has a size chart with exact measurements — sizing varies slightly by garment.
How do your tees fit?+
Our tees are unisex and true to size with a classic, slightly relaxed fit (Bella+Canvas 3001-style). If you prefer an oversized look, size up.
What are your products made of?+
Tees are 100% airlume combed and ring-spun cotton (4.2 oz / 142 gsm); heather colors contain a small amount of polyester. Hoodies and sweaters are a 50% cotton / 50% polyester blend (about 8.0 oz / 271 gsm) — soft inside, holds its shape, minimal shrinkage.
How are the designs printed?+
Each piece is printed on demand using direct-to-garment (DTG) printing with water-based, OEKO-TEX certified inks. Nothing is printed until you order it, so there's no excess inventory.
How should I wash them?+
Machine wash cold inside-out on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not bleach, do not dry-clean, and do not iron directly on the print. Wait at least 24 hours after delivery before the first wash.
How long until my order ships?+
Because every item is made to order, fulfillment takes about 2–5 business days. Shipping time is added on top — typically 3–5 business days within the US/EU and 5–10 internationally. You'll get a tracking link as soon as it ships.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes — we ship worldwide from production facilities in the US, EU, UK, Canada, Mexico, Australia and Japan. Your order is routed from the closest facility to keep delivery fast. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility.
What's your return policy?+
Because every item is printed on demand just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind — please double-check the size guide before ordering. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or with a manufacturing defect, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement.
What if my size doesn't fit?+
We're not able to swap sizes on made-to-order items, but you're welcome to place a new order at a friends-and-family discount — just reach out to us first. Checking the measurements on the size guide before ordering is the best way to avoid this.
