Shipping & Returns

Production time

Every Parent's Apparel piece is printed on demand by our fulfilment partner. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order is handed to the carrier.

Shipping

• Europe: 3–7 business days after production.
• North America: 4–8 business days after production.
• Rest of world: 7–20 business days after production.
• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes outside the EU are the customer's responsibility.
• You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns on made-to-order items

Because every item is printed for you specifically, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or wrong colour choice. Please double-check the size guide before ordering.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is the wrong item, email herman.arnet@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or a refund — whichever you prefer.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your order as lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the last tracking update and we'll work with the carrier and our fulfilment partner to resolve it.

EU / Norwegian right of withdrawal

Under EU and Norwegian consumer law, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. Our products are made to order once you place them and therefore fall under this exemption. Your statutory rights regarding faulty or non-conforming goods are not affected.
