These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any orders you place with Parent's Apparel Co., a business based in Oslo, Norway. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we send a shipping confirmation. Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. We may decline or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or stock errors.

Made-to-order products

Every item is printed on demand by our fulfilment partner once you order. Because production starts as soon as your order is placed, orders generally cannot be modified or cancelled after the first 30 minutes.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package. Customs duties and import taxes outside the EU are the customer's responsibility.

Intellectual property

All prints, designs, photography and copy on this site are owned by Parent's Apparel Co. You may not reproduce, resell or use them without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parent's Apparel Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under Norwegian or EU law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Disputes will be resolved in the Norwegian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
